Muhammad The Last Prophet And Messenger

Muslims believe the prophets and the sacred books before the prophet Muhammad .This is evidence of belief in Allah which described in the Qur'an. There are many verses in the Qur'an which explain about this. So, every Muslim knows that they must respect the different faiths. And there is one verse that every Muslim will hold it firmly, that is surat Al Ahzab, verse 40, :

"Muhammad is not the father of any your men, but he is the Messenger of Allah and the last (end)of the Prophets. And Allah is Ever All-Aware of everything.

If there are people who claim to be a prophet and that person is not a Muslim, it is very understandable. However, if there is a Muslim claimed that he was a prophet, indeed he had to deny what is contained in verse 40, surat Al Ahzab.

May Allah strengthen us and with all our soul and body holding the belief, "None has the right to be worshipped but Allah, and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah."
